Duties
•Plans, directs, coordinates and controls the diverse
day-to-day commissary department operations
•Resolves employee and customer complaints
•Answers all incoming service calls as needed
•Assists Area Production Manager as needed
•Maximize sale results through managing associates on the
sales, markdown and merchandising associate teams
•Monitor the store’s sales performance on a daily basis
utilizing all available sales reports
•Coordinate, monitor and control the franchise (s) under
their responsibility
•Manage human and material resources and waking compliance
with established policies and procedures
•100 % Field Work
•Prospecting , Incorporate , train and motivate new revenue
to the company to become part of consulting group (s) of beauty
